A Nixon's Movie Review: "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" (5 upon 5 stars) spoilers super special edition!!
Let me start off with, "BEST, MOVIE, EVER!!" Honestly, Stan Lee has surely outdone himself this time. I mean come on, let's face it, the entire twirly-wriggly thingy going on (meaning plot) will definite attract billions to catch this film & as such, also means larger houses for a Mr. Jackman.
With all that above gibber, i'll cut to the chase. Turns out that the movie version of Wolverine's origins definitely patched up everything only a ultra-super high levelled marvel fan would know of (i've not reach that stage yet & yes, there are the sacred marvellers all around you disguised as the glasses equipped kid in your school). Yea, having done research myself, i've gathered the truths about the making-sense-of-abrupt-weird-origins-mov ie thing you keep asking people but they seemingly know nothing of.
Alright, let's start of with the original origins comic about the past of Wolverine. Having personally read the comic, i can safely say that they've added a portion of the comic into the movie (a really stingy portion though) & they completely twist the whole marvel universe into one film (alright, maybe not whole). Fantastic thing was the plot twist in which that Sabretooth's Wolverine's brother!! Well, good work there Stan Lee as the whole thing actually makes sense (by the way, in wikipedia post of origins wolverine comic, the person wrote "Dog (who now looks virtually identical to Wolverine's sworn enemy Sabretooth)" part is nonsense, as the guy probably has zero face-identifying sense & i can vouch that Dog looks nothing like Sabretooth) as both of them had the same bony extruding claws might really show that they're brothers.
Also, the characters Cyclops, Emma Frost, Gambit etcetra etcetra made their star-appearance in this film. The love-interest in the film, Silverfox is supposedly not-linked with Emma Frost at all but the film decided to have a go at it as it would then give a meaning for the plot. Also, as in the film, Professor Xavier could walk, it means that it was before he met Lucifer as (trivia alert) Prof. X was originally an athlete!!
Well, anyways, the special endings show that Wolverine is trying to remember some things but the final special ending shows him in Japan. The fact is that, they didn't show that scene for fun as that was the part where Wolverine picked up the main bulk of his fighting skills, yep, you got that right, we're talking about samurai skills here. If a thought was made, this made sense as Wolverine practically wields six mini katana versions at his fists.
